Tin Toy Party Toy Clown Noise Maker Clicker Rattle

The picture shows all (3) Lithographed Tin Party Noisemakers in this lot. All three picture clowns. The smaller one is like a rattle and it has the same image on the other side. The two larger ones have their image only on one side but have the metal clackers on both sides. The left one is the only one with a makers name. It is marked on the tip of the handle as follows:

To judge the sizes the one on the right measures 7-7/8" tall. They are in near mint to mint condition. I do not know the age of these.
