It was most likely for the back of a jacket or maybe a shirt. It is stitched in gold, red, and white on a dark blue cloth. The patch has a set of wings in the center and machine stitched or embroidered wording that reads as follows: AUTHORIZED SERVICE OF WORTHINGTON
