The mug is not dated and the year that it was made is unknown. It is imprinted in black and blue on white ceramic. The front has an emblem with a submarine and a ship yard crane. The back has what appears to be a neon light bulb. It appears to have been an employee award for a great idea. It is marked, on the two sides, as follows: SUGGESTER OF THE MONTH
