We are not sure how it was sold, but this covered jar could be used for holding cookies, candies, or whatever you choose. Each side has the cartoon characters: PAMMY, TYG, BOGEY, DIGGER, and RICK along with Digger holding a “SHIRT TALES” sign. Besides the character names, it is marked as follows: ©1980, 1981, 1982 HALLMARK CARDS, INC. It is made of clear glass with a colorful imprint all around. The jar, with the lid, measures about 7-1/2'' x 4-1/2''. It appears to be in mint condition as pictured. |
