The picture shows a front and back view of this Old Enameled NRHA Lock Shaped Stud Lapel Button. We do not know anything about this organization or the year that this button was made but it is old. It is believed to be from the 1930s. The back section can screw off. The front is enameled in blue and white and in the shape of a padlock with a key hole. It is marked on the two sides as follows:

The lapel button measures 5/8'' wide. It appears to be in near mint condition as pictured.
