| | | The pictures show a front and back view of all (4) Colorful Old Hassan Cigarette Premium Celluloid Pin Back Buttons in this lot. These pinback buttons were part of an 1896 collection of pinback buttons that we had acquired. They were used as a premium from Hassan Cigarettes. They appear to be from the same set. It is unknown how many are in the complete set. Each of these pinback buttons have an image of a comic or cartoon character from the Victorian period with the Artist's printed facsimile signature. This set has pins that each start with ''I'M THE GUY''. They have a Hassan Cigarette and Whitehead & Hoag Company advertising paper inserts in the back. One paper insert is missing. In the order pictured, they are marked as follows:
