It is pasted on a section of black album or scrap book paper. By lifting the back black paper you can see the print on the back of the decal. This would be a great addition for any Massachusetts person with an antique automobile! It has a Massachusetts seal with a Native American Indian and a star on a shield. It is marked as follows:
