The top section is blue plastic and the bottom is clear. There is a magnifying lens and it has a charm loop to hang it as a pendant or on a key chain. It has an image of the Trix Silly Rabbit advertising character ''Silly Rabbit, Trix are for Kids!''. It is marked on the two sides as follows: TRIX WHISTLE
