| | | The picture shows this 1955 Planters Peanuts / Mr. Peanut Advertising Trade Show Photograph. The location is unknown where the photo was taken. It pictured someone in a nice old Mr. Peanut costume. On both sides many Planters products can be seen. There are many different tins, jars, and boxes that can be seen. There is even an old Ritz Crackers box. At the top of the pile on the left there is a sign that offers a Mr. Peanut Measuring Spoon with a jar of peanuts and a Mr. Peanut lunch box. The lunchbox was free if you bought three jars of peanut butter and thre cans of peanuts. The back is marked as follows: This Is A Kodachrome Print Made By Eastman Kodak Company T.M. Regis. U.S. Pat. Off. Week Of May 9, 1955 The photograph measures 2-3/16" x 3-3/16". It is in excellent condition. |
