| | | The picture below shows a larger front and back views of this 1930s Cracker Jack Pop Corn Confection Patriotic American Flag Lithographed Tin Whistling Spinner Toy Prize. The flags have (12) stars, and (13) red and white stripes. It is lithographed in red, white, blue and gold. The prize has the original string to spin, but because of the age, you might want to use a new string, if it is to be used. The Cracker Jack ID number is #Z-148, and it was made by Taneya & Company. Later these same spinners or buzzers were ordered again but with different designs. Their number was Z-0611. On one side in the center it reads as follows: MADE IN JAPAN (with the N of IN backwards) The tin metal toy spinner measures about 2-1/8'' x 7/8'' x 3/16''. It appears to be in near mint to mint unused condition as pictured. |
