There were (39) and one of the same size was added to make the lot an even (40) marbles. The maker of these marbles and the year that they were made are unknown. The machine made marbles measure 7/16'' wide and they have green, blue, yellow, and white swirls inside. The box closes like a drawer or match box and it is marked the same on both sides it reads as follows: CHINESE CHECKER MARBLES

JAPAN To judge the sizes the closed box measures about 5'' x 2-1/8'' x 7/16''. The marbles appear to be in mint condition and the box has wear and tear as pictured. |
