The picture shows a view of this Colorful Old Lifebuoy Health Guard Advertising Celluloid Pin Back Button. The pinback button is not dated but it is old. It is imprinted in red and yellow. The back tin section is embossed. It is marked on the two sides as follows:

The pin back button measures 7/8'' wide. It is in near mint condition as pictured. There is a little discoloration on the edge. The small spots seen in the picture are only dust and fuzz and they are not on the pin now.
