| | | | The picture shows a view of all (5) Old Egyptienne Straights Cigarettes Advertising Premium Silk Flags in this lot. These were included in packs of cigarettes. They are not dated but they are believed to be from the early 1900s. Each has a different colorful country flag, the country name, and they are marked ''EGYPTIENNE STRAIGHTS CIGARETTES'' at the bottom and a few are marked ''FACTORY NO.2153 THIRD DIST., N.Y.'' at the top. We do not know how many different flags were in the set. Included in this lot are the following: Sicily

Versailles The tobacco silks each measure about 2'' x 3-1/4''. They appear to be in excellent condition as pictured. The Sicily, Peru, and Bremen silks have some scrap book paper on the backs, from being in a scrapbook at some point. |
