It has houses and hills on the three unseen sides inside. In the center is an embossed spiral hill and the object is to get the steel ball to go up and then down that spiral hill. It is not as easy as it looks. The game is made of imprinted paper or cardboard, embossed aluminum, a steel ball, and a clear covering.
