It is made of metal and has images around it including a slot machine, playing cards, dice, a roulette wheel, and poker chips. Inside the center under glass is a working and moving lithographed tin roulette wheel with a metal ball. There is a lever on the side that spins the wheel inside. You could gamble at the bar with this one! It is marked as follows: FABULOUS LAS VEGAS
