The picture shows this Old Brass Metal Put and Take Gambling Game Top. It has black painted recessed lettering. It is not dated but it is old. The maker is unknown. This is a complete gambling game you can carry in your pocket like dice. All you need in addition to the top is money, coins, chips, toothpicks, or whatever. It is played by spinning the top and doing what it says. You either put or take from a central pot. It is marked as follows:

P1 (put one)
AP (all put)
T3 (take three)
P2 (put two)
T1 (take one)
TA (take all)
P3 (put three)
T2 (take two)

This top measures about 1-1/8" tall. It appears to be in mint condition as pictured.
