| | | | The picture below shows a larger view of the (17) World War II OPA Red & Blue Point Tokens with Token Holder in this lot. These were used during World War II when rationing was done. They were used as change when ration stamps weren’t all used on a purchase. We do not know what the difference between the red and blue coins were. In this lot there are (14) red tokens and (3) blue ones. These have different letters beside the number one in the center. Also included in this lot is an old plastic two sided token holder. One side is for red tokens and one side for blue ones. All of these for one price! The tokens each measure about 5/8'' wide. The tokens appear to be in excellent condition as pictured. The token holder keychain works well. |
