The picture below shows a larger view of all (19) Old Massachusetts City Parade Ektachrome Color Photograph Slides in this lot. These slides are not dated but they are believed to be from the 1950s. We believe that they were taken in a Massachusetts city, but we do not know where. If you can identify the city please let us know. There is one group marching that has a Dracut banner. Many groups can be seen in the slides including marching bands, women in uniforms with mops (?), and Young U.S. Army Soldiers with rifles and flags. American flags can be seen, balloons with stars, musical instruments, policemen or police officers, police motorcycles, cars, people in building windows, lots of people, lots of children, and the last slide has a rabbit and other animal characters (store window display?). There are many city signs that can be seen. Some of these include the following: F. W. WOOLWORTH CO. “5 AND 10” H. L. GREEN CO.
