This Jogometer is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1940s or 1950s. You would have saved Wheaties cereal box tops and mailed away for this premium. We do not have the instructions or the mailer. The Jogometer is the same as a Pedometer in that it would measure the distance that you travel when jogging. The back has a few ways to attach it to your belt or waist band. There is a banner on the back to engrave your name. You would set the numbers to the inches of your stride. It is marked on the two sides as follows: WHEATIES JOGOMETER
