The picture shows a view of this 1946 United Services of New England Civilian Marksman Award Medal. This civilian medal was awarded right after World War II. It appears to be made of bronze parts. At the top there is a pin section with a red and yellow ribbon. Attached to the ribbon are two bars and hanging from it is a medal that has images of an eagle and a rifle. It is marked on the two sides as follows:
