He has a hard vinyl body and a rubber head. He is wearing a top hat, shirt, necktie (hidden in the picture), and a jacket. His whiskers and tail are present. He is holding a plastic martini glass in his hand and is standing on a marbled plastic base that reads: I'll Drink To That!
