| | | | The picture below shows a larger view of all (1000) Mixed Antique Shell Clothing Buttons in this lot. These are not dated but they are old. Many of these came from a dry cleaning business that had recently closed that has been in operation since 1902. Others were saved from many old sewing tins, antique clothing, and more. As pictured, there is a real variety in sizes, shapes, colors, holes, and makers. There are both matching buttons, and unique ones as well. There are many really tiny ones and plenty of large ones as well. There are some with shanks, and others with two or four holes. Not only could these be used on antique, vintage, or even new clothing, they can also be used on many different Art or Craft projects as well. All one thousand counted buttons for one price! To judge the sizes the largest buttons in the picture measure about 1-1/2'' wide. These appear to range anywhere from good to mint condition as pictured. |
