1933 Regens Advertising Cigarette or Cigar Lighter

The picture below shows three larger views of this 1933 Regens Advertising Cigarette or Cigar Lighter. The lighter is not dated, but it was patented in the United States in 1931 0r 1933 by Alois Kaufmann of Vienna, Austria. At the top there is a section that lifts up when the sides of the lighter are squeezed. The wick and lighter fluid section are accessed by sliding it doiwn with the horizontal line section. It is simply marked on the bottom as follows:

MADE IN U.S.A.
PAT. 1896140

The lighter measures about 1-1/4'' x 2-1/8'' x 1/2''. It appears to be in good condition with some wear from use as pictured. We do not fill or test old cigarette lighters. It has a wick, but it will require a new flint, and some lighter fluid for use.
