| | | | The picture shows a view of all (7) Old Miniature Toy Locks with Keys in this lot. One of the red locks does not have a key. These are not dated but all of them are old. Some of these may have been acquired as a prize from an old gumball or vending machine. These may have been from jewelry boxes, diary books, or small coin banks. The keys may or may not have been from the locks but each of them work to open the locks. There are (3) red locks that look the same. Two of them are marked ''U.S.A. G. & J.'' and the other one is marked ''VOLM ''15mm ''MADE IN GERMANY''. The green one is marked ''LUCY LOCK''. The larger heart shaped lock is marked ''MADE IN U.S.A. - EAGLE LOCK CO. TERRYVILLE, CONN.''. The smaller heart shaped lock has some scroll design but it is not marked. The last miniature lock in this lot is believed to be made of nickel. It is marked ''ROVER'' on both sides. To judge the sizes the green lock measures 1-1/4'' tall. These have all been tested and are all working. They vary from good to mint condition as pictured. |
