The second picture is of a book that missing getting pictured in the first one. This is an accumulated lot with a variety of items from many different sources. Included in this lot, in no particular order are the following items: There is an old Walter Lantz “CUDDLES” coloring book. The book is used and it has colored pages scattered throughout. There are (3) old magazine advertisements that feature Woody Woodpecker. Two are for Schulze Butternut Bread. These are believed to be from the 1060s. The other one is for Ohio Art, Etcha Sketch toy. It is ©1974. Next thereare (7) different Walter Lantz paper items. These are limited time advertisement mailers for his artwork. One is an “Inaugural Issue” of a newsletter. It contains an interview with Walter Lantz. Some pertain to his birthday and some have many different characters pictures. They appear to be from the 1980s and 1990s. There is a ©1954 “WOODY WOODPECKER’S POGO STICK ADVENTURES” hard back book published by Whitman Publishing Company of Racine, Wisconsin. There are many colorful illustrations throughout. It has a worn binding edge, and a creased cover. Next are (5) unopened ©1992 Woody Woodpecker carded toys. These are all by JA-RU of Jacksonville, Florida. (2) of these are identical and have a “MAGIC DRAW” drawing toy similar to Spirograph, with a wheel and small disks to create or draw different designs. The other (3) are identical and have “COLOR ME PUZZLES”. Each unopened packages have (4) color by number jigsaw puzzles, and (6) different crayon colors that connect together. There is a colorful ©2007 Woody Woodpecker plush doll on a key chain. It was by Play by Play Toys & Novelties of Spain. There is a colorful pair of children’s shorts with many Woody Woodpecker characters. They are a children’s size 7, by Tomboy, and it has both tags inside. There is a working Woody Woodpecker plug in electric night light. It has a colorful image of his head. The back is marked “WALTER LANTZ ® PRODUCTIONS, INC. ©1973;” There is a ©1978 pair of metal and plastic children’s scissors. It has a full figure of Woody Woodpecker, and it is marked “MFG. IN HONG KONG EXCLUSIVELY FOR DYNO MDSE. CORP. ©1978 WALTER LANTZ ® PRODUCTIONS, INC.”. Next is a small Woody Woodpecker character figure. It is marked “TM & © LANTZ” on the bottom. Last, but not least in this lot are (5) small old black plastic Woody Woodpecker character ink stamps. These may have been from a cereal prize or premium set. The five characters include: WOODY WOODPECKER, BUZZ BUZZARD, OSWALD RABBIT, HOMER PIGEON, and WALLY WALRUS. The buzzard one is missing the tiny stem handle. All twenty-six of these items for one price! To judge the sizes the coloring book at the top measures about 8-3/8'' x 10-3/4'' x 1/4''. These items appear to vary from good used to mint unused condition as pictured and described above. |
