| | | | The picture shows two views of this Old Brass Snap On Tools Advertising Premium Chisel Neck Tie Bar. The tie bar is not dated and the year that it was made or offered is unknown. It is simply marked ''SNAP-ON TOOLS'' on the top. It has a strong clip to hold a necktie in place. The tie bar measures 2-1/4'' long. It was difficult to picture with a highly reflective surface, but it appears to be in excellent condition as pictured. |
