The picture shows a view of both sides of this 1959 Rocky Colavito Cleveland Indians Premium or Prize Baseball Token Coin. We are not sure where this yellow plastic coin came from but it may have been a cereal box prize or premium. The obverse has a raised image of Rocky Colavito and it reads:

FRANK MALZONE
INDIANS

The reverse has a raised image of a baseball field diamond and crossed bats with ball and it reads:

ROCKY COLAVITO
OUTFIELDER
CLEVELAND INDIANS
1959 AVER. .257

The coin measures 1-9/16" wide. It appears to be in mint condition as pictured.
