The envelope also states “THE HOME OF POPEYE & BETTY ZANE BRANDS”.This was a mail away premium offer from Purity Mills, a division of Stokely – Van Camp, Incorporated of Clark’s Hill, Indiana. The sheet was mailed in May of 1983 to a South Berwick maine mailing address. It has a colorful, uncut, and unused magnetic sheet of King Features Syndicate Inc. Popeye cartoon character magnets. There are cutting instructions included. The characters on the sheet are the following as follows: Popeye
