This plate originally came inside a cased or boxed Colt World War II Asiatic-Pacific Theater Commemorative Model 1911 Semi-Automatic Pistol. It was a .45 ACP caliber pistol with a 5 inch barrel. It had a Nickel-plated finish with commemorative legend. Exotic hardwood grips with Rampant Colt medallions. Contained with the gun were six nickel-plated dummy cartridges. It was in a green velvet lined bamboo motif maple case with glazed top and lockable drawer. Please note that the metal plate ONLY is being offered here.
