The front has the Angelus girl advertising character with a box of marshmallows as a drum, and the back has (2) opened and unopened boxes of Cracker Jack. The booklet is titled “Recipes For The Use of Angelus Marshmallows” This 1927 booklet was edited by Alice Bradley of The Miss Farmer’s School of Cookery of Boston, Massachusetts and published by The Cracker Jack Company of Chicago, Illinois. This (26) page booklet is full of recipes, (17) color and black & white images of the desserts, tins and boxes of Angelus Marshmallows, and a picture of The Cracker Jack Company factory in Chicago. This booklet measures 3-1/2'' x 6-1/4''. The booklet is only in fair condition. It has some wear, spotting, creasing, and a tear on a page in the back. |
