The picture below shows a larger view of all (26) Old Miniature Royal King or Queen Crown Items in this lot. This is an accumulated lot. These are not dated and the years that they were all made are unknown. We do not know where any of these small crowns originally came from or how they were used. Included in this lot are the following: The largest crown in this lot (top center) is made of an unknown metal. It resembles the British crown. It is covered with (49) mounted colored stones, and it is made up of (11) assembled metal parts including a straight pin that goes down through the center. Below the large crown is a painted metal stickpin. It looks the same on both sides with turquoise blue paint. There are (4) flat metal crown pieces. Three are matching. These were probably for use on jewelry items, but we do not know for sure. There are (2) different crown charms. One of them has two crowns on it with a light blue fuzzy background. Next are (7) colorful plastic crown charms. These are 1960s or 1970s gumball machine prize charms. There is a black plastic crown clothing button. There are (8) larger plastic crowns. One is missing a white piece from the top. One (top right) is different from the others. These could have been from dolls or from the tops of bottles, we do not know. All of these for one price! To judge the sizes the top center crown measures 3-3/8'' tall. These appear to be in excellent to mint condition as pictured. |
