The book was sent with the letter from the Coca-Cola Company President at Madison Avenue in New York, N.Y. to The Coca-Cola Bottling Company Manager Fred Johnston of Manchester, New Hampshire. The letter was inside the book so it is not even creased. The letter is on compant stationary, dated August 18, 1961, and it is signed in blue ink by Coca-Cola President Lee Talley. The letter talks about this Special Edition book ''The Refresher''. The cover reads: ''1886 - 1961 COCA-COLA - PORTRAIT OF A BUSINESS IN ITS SEVENTY-FIFTH YEAR - THE REFRESHER MAGAZINE''. The (96) page book is filled with many, many old Coca Cola advertisements and images from around the world. It includes customers, signs, bottles, delivery trucks, grocery stores, vending machines, soda fountains, soda jerks, vending carts, advertisements, Santa Claus in ads through the years, calendars, bottle and dispenser manufacturers, packaging and uniform makers, coolers, and so much more! There are many colorful nostalgic images of situations where customers are drinking Coke. The Coca-Cola story and History is throughout the book. There is one colorful page titled ''REFRESHMENT'' that pictures different Coca-Cola bottles, early can, and different soda fountain drink glasses and cups. It also pictures other Coca-Cola products in their bottles, cans, or packaging. These include the following: Fanta Lemon Lime Soda, Ginger Ale, Grape Soda, Root Beer, and Orange Soda, Sprite Soda, Minute Maid Orangeade, Lemonade, Pink Lemonade, and Limeade, Hi-C Grape Drnk, Hi-C Grapefruit Drink, Tip Top Orange Drink, Lemonade, Pink Lemonade, and Grape Drink, Minute Maid Orange Juice and Orange Bars, Snow Crop Orange Juice, Sun Filled Orange Juice, Lemon Juice, and Grape Juice, Coffee, Tenco Vending Coffee, Instant Coffees, Instant Teas, Minute Maid Citrus Pulp, and Medicine Bottles.
