These colorful mail away premiums came from 1942 Quaker Oats, 1942 Quaker Puffed Rice “Sparkies”, and 1942 Quaker Wheat “Sparkies”. They both have images of images of Radio Orphan Annie, and Commander Captain Captain Sparks. The round one is a1942 “WHIRLOMATIC” Radio Decoder from Orphan Annies Safety Guard to decode secret messages given over the radio program. The other premium item here is a colorful and detailed (16 page) 1941 “HOW TO FLY” booklet by Captain Sparks. This instruction manual booklet was to be used with other parts to the premium (pictured inside, but NOT included here) which were a Panel Board, a Control Stick, and Rudder Pedals.
