This (50) page soft cover book was saved as a souvenir by someone who had visited or toured Pearl Harbor. The book contains authentic information and pictures of the attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7th, 1941, which brought the United States into World War II. The book is by Captain William T. Rice, USNR (Ret.). It is © Copyright by William T. Rice & Sara J. Rice, 1965, 1970, and this 1972 eighth printing. It was published by ''Pearl Harbor Story'' of Honolulu, Hawaii and it was printed in the U.S.A. by Tongg Publishing Company, Ltd. also of Honolulu, HI.. It has been printed in English, Japanese, and Spanish. The book is filled with much information and great historic photographs of U.S. Navy ships and the attack on the Pearl Harbor Naval Station. The back cover has an image of the U.S.S. Arizona Memorial. The book measures 9'' x 5-7/8''. It appears to be in near mint condition with a name lightly written on the cover as pictured. |
