The picture shows this Cracker Jack Premium / Prize Paper Walker Figure. There are different versions of these, but this one is believed to be from the 1920's. It is not marked, but I will personally guarantee that it was used as a prize. It is made of a heavy printed cardboard paper stock and has a wheel with six feet on the back to give the appearance of walking when rolled. This man wearing a barrel measures 2-3/4" tall. His head was either creased or broken off I cant tell. There is a spot of paste on the back for support. It is still in very good condition though and works fine.
