On the top or lid there are flowers and leaves on a ribbon that holds a gold charm or necklace pendant with a cameo or portrait of a woman. On one side is an exterior image of a building, and on the other side is an interior view with a fireplace, a cupboard, shelves, a window, plants, candles, a bowl, a pitcher and more.
