| | | The picture below shows a larger view of all (17) Small Old Weirs Beach New Hampshire Advertising & Souvenir Items in this lot. One of the postcards is postmarked but all of these items are old. These items were all saved as souvenirs. (6) of these came from Emma & Herbert Dick “The Dicks” new modern housekeeping cottages on Lake Winnipesaukee, at Weirs Beach in New Hampshire. These include a brochure with with pictures, information, and a map, an unused postcard letter from The Dicks with a map, a brochure with two connected post cards, and (3) identical post cards of Weirs Beach. Two are unused, and one was sent from Laconia, New Hampshire to North Andover, Massachusetts. It has a 5 cent George Washington postage stamp, a short neatly written message, and it is postmarked September 17th, 1970. There are (11) more items. These include (4) small linen post card type pictures. These were probably from a post card packet. They each have a caption on the back. There are (7) old plastic swizzle sticks or drink stirrers. There is one black one and (6) identical green ones. These are marked as follows: IRWIN'S WINNIPESAUKEE GARDENS – WEIRS BEACH, N.H. NASWA MOTOR INN – WEIRS BEACH, N.H. All of these items for one price! To judge the sizes the closed advertising brochure in the center measures about 4'' x 9''. These items appear to range from excellent to mint condition as pictured. |
