| | | | The picture shows a view of this 1966 National Press Photographers Association N.P.P.A. Republican Newspaper Press Pass. The back is blank. This identification card was issued to Newspaper Press Photographer Frank C. Usin when he was working as a photographer for The Republican newspaper of Springfield, Massachusetts. The card is signed by NPPA President Cal Olson. The ID card is printed in blue, red, and gold on white card stock paper. It pictures an old camera with a flash and an old hand held movie camera. It is difficult to see in the picture below but the background has a light outline of the United States of America. It is marked as follows: 1966
