The cover, front and back, looks much like a six trading cards. The front has their images and name and on the back it has information about each as well as the Presidential Oath above them. This album was ''Presented on behalf of of your local NAVY RECRUITER''. There is reference up to the year 1973 on the cover. We would guess that the record was made then or shortly afterwards. The Inaugural Address for the following former United States Presidents is on this record: Franklin D. Roosevelt
