The plate is not dated but it is believed to be from the late 1800s, or early 1900s. In the center is a town scene with the sky, mountains, a dirt Street, home buildings, trees, and a fence. There are gold painted ridges around the scalloped edge ofthe plate. It is marked on the two sides as follows: NORTH WOODSTOCK FROM MOUNTAIN VIEW HOUSE. CARLSBAD
