The top section is red plastic and the bottom is white. There is a charm hole to hang it as a pendant or on a key chain. It has an image of the Trix Silly Rabbit advertising character ''Silly Rabbit, Trix are for Kids!''. It is marked on the two sides as follows: TRIX WHISTLE
