The rings are identical and one was flipped over to show the back side. These Dick Tracy party toy rings are yellow plastic with black print. These rings came packaged for parties and may have been given out at the movies as well. Each ring measures about 1-1/4'' wide. They appear to be in mint unused condition as pictured.
