It is not a working gauge or radio. The needle just moves with the dial on the side. We are guessing that it might have been part of a Halloween costume or a toy costume set (space suit ? Dick Tracy?). On the back of the silver painted radio section and on the back of the black plastic band it is marked as follows: G.L.
