The pictures show views of this Colorful ©1966 Batman Character Parachute Toy. This is a toy that you would throw high in the air and it would come floating down with the weight of the Batman figure at the bottom. The blue figure has Batman in costume and a bat on his chest. The bright yellow parachute ha (5) Batman logos and it is marked as follows:

To judge the sizes the parachute is measures about 29'' wide and the Batman figure measures 4-1/4'' tall. It appears to be in very good used condition with a tiny hole in the parachute and some wear where one of the strings is attached as pictured.
