The plate is not dated and the year that it was made is unknown. The plate pictures two antique automobiles (one with a driver) a ''CALIF'' (California) sign, some gear shaped circles, and what appears to be an old auto horn and headlight. It is marked on the back or bottom with an Ohio state shape and as follows: WELLSVILLE CHINA
