The top pin section appears to be made of brass. It has stenciled lettering and a moving dial. There are two red celluloid heart charms hanging from chains. This fun pin is to tell or warn a sweetheart of their mood. To judge the sizes the round pin section measures 1-1/4'' wide. It appears to be in near mint to mint condition as pictured. |
