The picture shows a view of this Old Gold Painted Metal G-Men Toy Police Badge. This toy badge is not dated but it is old. It is made of painted lead or tin and it has a pin that closes on the back. It has an eagle at the top, an emblem in the center, six stars, a shield at the bottom, and designs around the sides. The front is marked ''G MEN'' and the back is marked ''JAPAN''. It is unknown if this was sold in a five and dime store, part of a police set, or if it was a mail away, or radio pemium. The badge measures 1-5/8'' x 2''. It appears to be in mint condition as pictured, but it has a small crack that goes from the left wing tip to the nearest star.
