| The picture shows all (4) Old Candy Bar Wrappers in this lot. This lot contains the following: An old 1-5/8 ounce SCHRAFFT'S SWEET MILK CHOCOLATE BAR wrapper from Schraffts Chocolates of Boston, Massachusetts and New York, N.Y.. This wrapper is not dated but is believed to be from the 1930's. It does have tiny spots all over it. Next is an old 3-1/4 ounce AMOURETTE BITTERSWEET CHOCOLATE Candy Bar wrapper. It was from the Armourette Chocolate Company of New York, N.Y.. It is not dated either but is also believed to be from the 1930's. This wrapper is clean with a little fading and two tears on one end on the back side. Next is an old 1-1/2 ounce MILLER HOLLIS NOUGAT bar lined foil wrapper. It is from Miller Hollis, Inc. of Boston, Massachusetts and New York, N.Y.. This wrapper is not dated but is believed to be from the 1930's. It does have overall wrinkling from being wrapped on the candy. Last in this lot is an old BUNTE CARAMEL candy piece waxed paper wrapper. It is marked also "World Famous Candies - Chicago". It is not dated either but is also believed to be from the 1930's. This wrapper is soiled from the candy and has overall wrinkling from being on the candy. These old candy wrappers were saved as example wrappers by an old Confectionery company in New Hampshire. To judge the sizes the Amourette wrapper measures 6-7/8" x 3-1/2". |
