These are not dated but they are believed to be from the 1970s or early 1980s. Three of them are in a paper envelope with instructions and one is in a clear cellophane wrapper. There are (18) rub on transfers in the four envelopes. The Kellogg's Cereal characters on these are as follows: TONY JR. from Kellogg's Frosted Rice
