Well, we believe that this was from a yacht club, but we can not locate one that used this crescent moon and three star flag. If you know for certain, please let us know. In any case, this appears to be from a 60th anniversary from 1940 – 2000. It has a flag with a crescent moon, three stars, and a triangle shape. It is marked on the back of the clear round glass as follows: WHYC
